1.1. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

1.4. Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-4 business days.
1.5. No refunds will be provided for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the content of a book or stationery item.
2.1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
2.2. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3.1. If a refund is approved, the customer may be required to return the product in its original packaging.
3.2. Return shipping costs will be covered by mangroveonline.com only in cases where the mistake was from our side. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
